Created with Russet Burbank potatoes from Idaho, this vodka uses plenty of spuds to make sure that each bottle is a close to perfection as possible, with approximately 9.5 pounds worth of potatoes going into each bottle. Prior to the bottling process, it's filtered five different times and then mixed with the crisp, clear water that's derived from both snow melt in the Rockies and a Snake River aqufier. Using natural ingredients come from the surrounding area, this vodka has won multiple gold medals in Spirits competitions. One decade ago, it was ranked as the top American Vodka by the Beverage Testing Institute. A fruity aroma of lemon and cherry leads into the potato earthiness that's able to maintain an ever-so-slight connection to sweet samples of citrus-based fruits as well as lavender. The crystal clear finish is a testament to the production methods used, which offers the proper jolt.
