Made in Denver, Colorado, Silver Tree Vodka brings together summer wheat, malted barley and the potatoes that are the essence of the final product. That convergence is something that's twice been recognized with Gold Medals, including one from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The method toward making this product requires seven distillations to occur before the makers are satisfied that it meets the tight standards they've set. Those standards mean that only 50 cases every year are produced, which not only gives them time to make sure that the process isn't rushed, but ensures that each offering will be something to treasure. The aroma is one that gives off a sweetness of sugar and cream, with that creaminess remaining once it comes time for the palate to sample it. That taste comes with a hint of pepper, which allows for a finish that's warm and with a certain smoothness.
