Chase Potato Vodka hails from the family-run farm in Herefordshire, an area that has long been recognized for its rich, red soiled farmlands and for its Malvern Hills from which the Queen’s preferred water originates. This superior potato vodka is produced on a single-estate from seed to packaged bottle. It is carefully monitored through every step from the planting of the prize-winning King Edward and Lady Claire potatoes through the fermentation process, copper-batch pot distillation, rectification column distillation, water tempering, bottling and packaging processes. It is distilled a total of six times. The final two distillation processes are completed in the estate’s world-record holding, 70-foot rectification column. The water that tempers the raw spirit of the vodka from 96% abv. to an ideal 40% abv. for drinking is drawn from the farm’s own well. The result is a superior, gluten-free, premium vodka that the San Francisco Spirits Competition voted the World’s Best Vodka.
