Continuous distillation is an innovative improvement upon the centuries’ old technique of traditional pot stills. Rather than re-distilling and filtering continuously to attain a greater level of purity, continuous distillation uses a four-column approach. Rather than harvesting the vapor of the heated mash at once and condensing it immediately into unfinished vodka, the system permits the steam to rise from the mash and condense back to be redistilled. This permits them to craft exceptionally pure and refined vodka without repeating the time-consuming and overly laborious process of single-still distillation and repetitive filtration.
