At the oldest legal distillery in Texas, located in Austin, Tito's Handmade Vodka is distilled in small batches using the traditional style pot stills. Tito's Handmade Vodka is made to be enjoyed by vodka enthusiasts as well as the average daily drinker. The process used to distill the spirit requires more expertise than most contemporary methods, but the pay off is worth it. The techniques are similar to those used in single malt scotch and premium French cognacs, passing on a much crisper, fuller flavor that can't be compared to mass produced competitors. Despite being such a young brand that Tito himself was unable to attend the World Spirits Competition due to work at the still, he still sent several bottles to be judged. Even without a representative at the competition, Tito's Handmade Vodka still won the Double Gold Medal by unanimous choice, betting out over 70 other vodkas from around the world.
