While Scotland may be the birthplace of whisky, Johnny Walker Blue Label may just be the Grandfather of smoothness. Created using some of the rarest casks from the Johnnie Walker stocks, this rare selection blends nine whiskies from both the Glen Albyn and Cambus distilleries. It also includes the highly sought after Port Ellen malt whose distillery sadly no longer exists. The signature smokiness inherent to all John Walker blends isn't' marginalized in the slightest even with Blue Label's incorporation of a blend that is smooth, powerful, and incredibly complex. Designed to mimic the flavors of mid-19th century whiskies, Blue Label combines the sweetness of eastern whiskies with the smokiness of the west. Johnnie Walker Blue Label is bottled in Baccarat crystal decanters that have been individually numbered and engraved by one of only three remaining Master Craftsmen in the entire world.
