Stolen Rum's Dark Rum is built around the same innovativeness and craftsmanship that defines the brand. Distilled and aged in the Caribbean in charred barrels, the full-bodied, woodsy and caramel-flavored liquor provides a different experience for a connoisseur of fine rums. Stolen Rum founder Jamie Dunn came up with the idea for the rum brand in a one-bedroom apartment in New Zealand. From the start, he wanted every type of rum he sold, including the Dark Rum, to be different from others on the market. The Dark Rum won the gold medal at the 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its unique flavor.
