Taking a sip of Gosling's Gold Bermuda Rum is like being transported to the tropics, complete with white sand beaches, beautiful blue water, and tall palm trees swaying in the warm, fragrant breeze. A light, amber-colored rum, it is excellent both by itself with a couple of ice cubes, mixed with ginger ale or cola, or as an ingredient in any number of rum cocktails, from the simple to the complex. Compared to the more well-known Gosling's Black Seal variety -- which has a thick, rich, almost molasses-like quality -- Gosling's Gold Bermuda Rum is light, crisp, and intense. It features notes of vanilla, apricot, citrus, and oak. The finish is smooth but lingering and offers complex, nutty undertones.
