Tortuga Gold Rum has a beautiful golden color that looks like tea. The rum has been aged in oak barrels to give the golden color. Developed in the Cayman Islands, this is a rum that has hints of vanilla and the sweetness of the sugar cane that is used when making the rum. It was founded in 1984. The rum has an alcohol content by volume of 40%. When you smell the rum, you can detect notes of bananas, caramel and butter. These give the impression of a tropical paradise.
