Handcrafted by men using old-fashioned methods of distilling and packaging, you can choose between Zacapa 23 and Zacapa XO. Zacapa 23 has a rich and intense top note of butterscotch that then gives into a slightly honey flavor before blending to a fruity end note. Zacapa XO features a delicious combination of sweet and spicy notes with some fruity notes that come in right at the end. Zacapa 23 goes through an aging process that blends a small amount of rum from older batches that add to its rich taste, which Zacapa XO ages in an old oak barrels that create the base and end notes.
