Motu Rum is an exotic delight that gets its start in the Polynesian Islands, home of a unique brand of sugar cane molasses that sets our brand apart from the rest. Following a thorough fermentation process, distillation is the next step for the molasses. However, first, a combination of yeast and hot water is added to the molasses, which is then heated at a high temperature to create the raw rum.
