Produced by German distiller Hubertus Vallendar, the Secret Treasures Old Tom Gin is a part of Haromex’s premium collection of "Secret Treasures" spirits. Made using a double distillation process, this gin is a limited edition, which was nominated for the "Spirit of the Year" award at the 2007 Bar Convent. At 40 percent alcohol by volume, the Secret Treasures Old Tom Gin is a well- balanced spirit with notes of intense notes of juniper berries. On the nose are hints of citrus and fennel. The palate also has complex notes of cucumber and mushroom, which complement the spirit nicely. The finish is that of sweet cardamom.
