Historically speaking, this has to be one of the most interesting gins out there, and it tastes great too. It had become rare until recently, when a resurgence in unique cocktails brought this gin to the forefront. It is sweeter than a traditional London Dry, but not as sweet as a Jenever. This is why it is regarded by many as a missing link in the gin world. The gin is made from an original recipe that was distilled exclusively for The Bar at The Dorchester, which is a hotel in London. This gin has slight floral notes, with a stronger juniper aroma. It finishes with strong floral and spice elements, and leaves a faint sweetness in the palate. The fruity and floral elements are a bit stronger than other gins on the market. This is a smooth gin that would go great with any cocktail.
