Secret Treasures Old Tom Gin

Part of a premium family of select gin spirits, The Secret Treasures Old Tom is the creation of Master Distiller Hubertus Vallendar, a native of Kail, Germany. Only the finest juniper berries grown on the Italian Apennines mountains were used during the double distillation process. A significant quantity of juniper predominates the nose, with just a faint touch of sweetness. Juniper saturates the taste as well, accompanied by a minimal burn that gradually diminishing into a lengthy, juniper intense finish. An understated fruitiness rounds out the tasting experience, culminating in just a touch of cardamom spice. This masterfully crafted, limited edition spirit was nominated for the prestigous "spirit of the year" award at the Bar Convent in 2007.
