The story of Martin Miller's Gin began in the late 1990s. Originally, this fine spirit was launched with an 80 proof rating. Since then, Martin Miller's Gin has evolved into a sophisticated and diverse label for a global market. A classic pot still that's more than a century old is used for the distillation process to make this particular brand of dry gin. Nicknamed "The Angela," the still utilizes old world techniques to create the perfect blend of ingredients for a truly premium liquor. Some of the botanical extracts used to make Martin Miller's Gin include Juniper, Angelica, Classic Bark and Florentine Iris. During the final distillation phases, citrus ingredients such as lemon and orange peels are added. Martin Miller also uses water from Iceland and other remote exotic destinations to make a fine blend of gin. The final character of this label is best described as spicy and silky smooth.
