They make small batches and distill each ingredient separately including the juniper. This method produces a more balanced gin drink. The product is hand- bottled and hand- labeled, giving a personal touch to the product. Zested oranges and mild grapefruit are added along with other ingredients. This gin makes a great tasting gin for Martinis.
