In addition, it adheres to the use of 15 percent malt wine grain mash, which allows for not only a smooth, delicate taste every time, but a finish that's to be savored. The Diep 9 designation is to acknowledge the nine botanicals that help forge this quality effort: thistle, orange peel, nutmeg, angelica root, guinea pepper, carob, cinnamon, coriander and juniper, of course.
