These gins, known as genever gins, are blend of grains like wheat, barley, and rye. Genevieve genever gin is no exception, made of this mix of grains boasting a dry gin flavor. Distilled in a traditional copper pot, the Genevieve genever gin contains many all natural botanicals like juniper. This gin is made in very small batches, with much attention paid to the detail of the botanical flavors. Genevieve genever gin is most commonly served straight up and chilled or straight over ice. Because of its classic flavor, however, Genevieve gin can be enjoyed shaken over ice. A slight "haze" may form in any drink because of its all natural components.
