Dry Fly Gin is distilled in Washington. It has a clear appearance, coming in a small bottle with a silver top. There are a few different botanicals used in the gin. Vodka is used as a base with juniper, lavener and coriander added. Apples and mint are tasting notes as well as citrus flavors of orange and lemon. There is a warm end to the drink, but it doesn't leave a burning sensation. You will find a slight oily texture to the gin that coats the glass. The various botanicals give a complexity to the drink that is aromatic and delicious.
