According to the industry, "small batch" usually means less than 1,000 liters. Hendrick's, however, distills its gin in batches of 500 liters. This is by intent, to grant their master distiller as much control over her product as possible. This spirit's extraordinary botanical mark is comprised of fruit, floral, root, and seed notes from across the globe. They work in concert, paving the way for the two main attractions of infusion; cucumbers, carefully chosen from the finest suppliers, and sublime Bulgarian Rosa Damascena rose petals. The flavor of Hendrick's is unique because it is crafted in a manner unlike any other gin. It is the harmonious combination of two contrasting spirits from two highly prized, and exceptional stills; the Carter-Head, and the Bennett stills. As the two are blended, they create an exceptionally smooth spirit that possesses the compulsory stability and strength of character to balance its understated flavors.
