Hendrick's gin is known for its peculiar taste the result of being distilled with botanicals including flowers, roots, fruits, and seeds from around the world and then infused with cucumber and rose petals. Unlike other gins, Hendrick's is distilled in small batches of 450 liters or less. Also unlike other gins, Hendrick's gin is made in the village of Dirvan, Scotland. Hendrick's gin is a combination of spirits from two different stills—the Bennet still and the Carter-Head still—which give the gin its subtle flavor and characteristic smoothness. The soft, lowland Scottish water is blended with spirits and botanicals to create this truly unique gin that is perfect for either cocktails or a more traditional gin and tonic.
