The humble and unique story of the Corsair company began when two friends experimented with distillation techniques in their garage. While working in a bio-diesel plant, company founders Andrew Webber and Darek Bell made some unique discoveries that led to formulation of high quality Gin beverages. Hence, the Corsair Distillery was born out of a simple experiment that was accidental to say the least. The Corsair Artisan Gin is made with the use of a traditional pot gin that is hammered by hand. An unorthodox distillation technique is also used to mix extracts of botanical products and create a great combination of flavor and texture. The plants are all harvested from organic fields that use only all-natural methods for growth. The mild flavor in Corsair Artisan Gin is inspired by citrus fruit. Additionally, the crisp texture of this gin is best enjoyed whens served cold with plenty of ice cubes.
