Hennessy XO comes in a bottle that has waves along the side. The drink is amber in color with an alcohol content of 40%. There is a rich flavor to the cognac as it has been aged for 30 years in oak barrels. It is produced in France. On the nose, there is a spicy scent that quickly goes away, leading to a sweetness of vanilla. The intense flavors linger on the palate. A strong beginning ends with a long finish that combines spices with oak. White wine is used as the cognac is distilled with the wine being double distilled.
