Camus Cognac XO Borderies is developed in a region of France and is imported through New York. The company that developed the cognac was founded in 1863. It is distilled in small copper pots that give the drink a golden color. When first smelling the beverage, there are hints of flowers that include violets as well as vanilla and nuts. A thin coating is left on the glass after swirling. The taste is rather dry with floral notes and hints of various nuts that include walnuts and almonds. Even though there is a nutty flavor, the cognac has a delicate finish.
