Maxime Trijol XO cognac is a full-bodied, yet delicate cognac made using grapes from the Grande Champagne region in France. The Maxime Trijol brand has been passed down five generations since 1859 and continues to be a family-owned distillery based in France. The brand's CO Cognac is aged at least 10 years in Limousin casks, creating a rich aroma with hints of vanilla, licorice, and flowers on the nose. The long, smooth finish shows off the cognac's ability to be both powerful and fine. Maxime Trijol's XO cognac won the 2005 silver medal for spirits in the Challenge in London.
