Île de Ré Fine Island is distilled twice in special copper pot stills and aged for at least two years in lightly toasted French oak barrels to enhance its flavors and greater roundness. This young Cognac is straw-colored with hints of gold, with the nose exhibiting delicate marine notes and fresh broom aromas. The palate is dominated by dry fruits with hints of oak.
