This is where Drouet et Fils Cognac is distilled with grapes from vineyards located in Grande Champagne 1er Cru, the top growth area of the Cognac region. The fine eaux de vie plucked and chosen for Drouet et Fils VSOP are age for a long time in French oak barrels. The estate of Drouet et Fils was established in 1848 by Jean l'Homme, an excellent distiller of his time. Over the years, the Drouet family has taken hold of the distilleries and have grown Drouet et Fils to one of the leading brands of Cognac in the world.
