Since its creation in 1809 by Loius Gallois, Courvoisier Cognac VS has continued to be popular among many brandy lovers in France and other parts of the world. Although it is contained in a small 70 cl bottle, it has 40% ABV. Tasting Notes This cognac has a perfect harmony and balance of fruity and flowery aromas. The character of each note is shaped by its grape, terroir, cask and years of maturation. It is manufactured with great care at each stage of the cognac-making process with the aim of nurturing every possible aroma. In recognition of its quality, Courvoisier Cognac VS is consistently awarded in numerous wine and spirits competitions. Serving Courvoisier Cognac VS is best served neat at room temperature. After being poured in a glass, it should be left for at least two minutes to allow it to fully release its youthful aromas. For a fresh twist, it can be served super-chilled in an icy bottle.
